so glad that attachment is finally over!!!!so happy but got a few more reports to write...must go back to ttsh to find mdm koo on monday...i feel sorry for her...did so many competencies with her...about 7...she has so many to sign..really sorry...
had a tremendously wonderful time at ttsh...things went so well...was glad...had the chance to work with chia sing, li yi, seok bin, wan zi, herny and sweet2 regine...she's so lady like and sweet...like cotton candy...had loads of fun with the radiographers and we gossip a lot...exchanged views and stories...some of the radiographers gave feed back about my classmates...and they weren't nice ones...
as usual got asked the same qns that i got asked every where i go...am i singaporean?what's my race?what's my religion...they get so excited when i tell them...god knows why...rare breed probably...haha...
the radiographers trully left mark on me...people like billy, racelle, avilla, manful, victor, charlyn, dede and of cos mdm koo...if i ever become a radiographer i hope to be as good as billy...he's really good...really admire him...one of those thinking radiographers...he did this funny hip thing with a patient once and he asked me wat view am i doing?gave him a blur look and answered modified view?his answer...a sacastic right.but actually correctlah.judet's view is a modified view.smiles at me...manful trully left a mark on me cos he asked me a qns at 8.30 on monday morning...was asking me why he repeated his shoulder x-ray...fortunately was able to c y...he nodded his head...correct...then we were practising y scap and everyone commented about my prominent scapula...then one day while i had my head down reading the papers someone noticed my prominent c7-t1 junction...one radiographer commented that it was probably easy to find my landmarks...true enough...bobee palpated for my ASIS and iliac crest and she said yup...very prominent landmarks...easy patient...
bobee has been a tremendous help during my 2 weeks at ttsh...she has been practising radiography for 1 and 1/2 yrs so he practical is super good...she thought me all the methods that u should use in practice but of cos theory wise it wont hold...thanks a lot i trully appreciate it...
met so many ah mas and ah pek at ttsh...was really good cos i get to practise my patient care and transferring skills...i love all the old people...they really make my day...trully love them...maybe it's cos i never met my paternal grandfather and i've an unwell paternal grandmother and i know it's not easy to care for them...
